Her experience spans the pharmaceutical industry, fitness industry, working with special needs children, insurance sales, and real estate. Originally from Shiraz, Iran, Shida grew up in Scotland, lived in London for 11 years, and relocated to Arizona in 2019. Her passions are deeply rooted in fitness and personal development. As a dedicated personal trainer, she strives to help others become the best versions of themselves. Shida is also an avid traveler, having explored over 25 countries, and loves networking and connecting with new people.
